Pharmacological Director

Job Description

1.Responsible for the project management of preclinical development for Tumor Immunology Antibody of new drug (mainly including Pharmacological Efficacy, Toxicology, DMPK, etc.).
2.Managed the preclinical trials of various drug molecules in the R&D pipeline, including but not limited to the design, implementation & optimization of protocols; data analysis & debriefing of important or complex experiments.
3.Responsible for the preparation & review of pharmacology-related parts of innovative new drug clinical trial protocols；Prepare reports & related documents to support IND communication and approval;
4.Work with the 3rd parties, responsible for communication, supervision and management of pharmacology-related outsourcing services; review data and their reports;
5.Provide pharmacological guidance & suggestions to management and R&D team during project initiation or on-going process;

Qualifications&Requirements
1.Doctor degree holder; Majored in Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics, etc.
2.At least having one project experience of IND application relevant to Pharmacology studies;
3.Excellent ability of analyzing, reporting & debriefing preclinical and clinical efficacy, pharmacokinetics & safety data;
4.Outstanding learning ability & rigorous logical thinking;
5.Strong communication & coordination ability with good sense of responsibility;
