Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Engineer as a partner to contribute to our company goals. The IT Engineer will have extensive experience maintaining computer systems, the ability to manage projects, and excellent troubleshooting skills. You will have overall IT responsibility for the US team, which covers a broad range of duties.

Essential Functions

Select and install computer hardware configurations.
Manage and administer software and networking systems such as file sharing, backup, secure email, CRM, office automation system.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
Identify necessary improvements to computer systems.
Respond to technical support requests from end users of computers and software applications.
Document work and create reports pertinent to help requests and solutions.
Develop IT policies, practices, and training materials.
Train staff on installed hardware and software systems.
Ensure security software is kept up to date.
Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.

Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar field.
2 years of practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience

Proficient in Mandarin Chinese preferred.
Administration experience with Salesforce preferred.

Knowledge, skills, and Abilities

Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and Windows operating systems.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage projects.
Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadline.
Ability to work independently and know how to find answers.

Salary Range

$70,000-$85,000 plus bonus.
